Sometimes they grab a different box. Let me give you a tip. All of the Mcdonalds receive a special box that has all the toys available at that time, it is usually opened at the very last moment just to ensure that customers get the toy they want, you can always ask them if they can open that box for you, just try to do it in the front counter because they normally have more time to deal with this type of transaction than Drive-thru does.
