What if the government just stayed out the way? If McDonalds wants to give away toys with their meals, I say let them. If a private citizen wants to pay for a meal that comes with a toy, I say let them. I don't think the government, local, state, or federal should have any say about what a restaurant wants to sell or a customer wants to buy. .
