Why isn't McDonald's making Pixar Happy Meal toys?

I was sooooooooo eager to get a Wall-E toy this year and they didn't even have Ratatouille toys either last year.Why isn't McDonald's making Pixar Happy Meal toys?
maybe because pixar don't want to be sponsered by mcdonalds.



it's up to pixar's choice if they want to let them sell their product.
They did have a Paxar happy meal CARS but soon I guess they would have wall-E or Ratatouille.Why isn't McDonald's making Pixar Happy Meal toys?
They change every like month...
