Why don't left wingers go after Wendy's, Burger King and others who have toys in kids meals?

Isn't it only McDonald's because McDonald's make the most profits? Its not about the TOY at all- its about Leftist GREED! Its ALWAYS ABOUT MONEY WITH LIBERALS! They make up excuses! Just as all Ambulance chasers do to steal wealth!Why don't left wingers go after Wendy's, Burger King and others who have toys in kids meals?
They don't because McDonald's has become the symbol of obesity and large corporations in America. Granted fast food places do not sell healthy food, but apparently people are not aware that they do not have to eat at these places in the first place.



People and groups attack McDonald's because it's more publicity for them. On the other hand, the woman who expected lukewarm coffee is also the symbol of frivolous lawsuits and excessive litigation. It's why we have to suffer through those annoying rapid delivery disclaimers at the ends of car and wireless-calling commercials. And why we see "duh" stickers on how not to use electrical devices and sharp objects. Food is even more ridiculous. "Do not use toaster in bed for warmth," "This package of peanuts, may contain or have been prepared on surfaces exposed to peanuts."



Some of Wendy's food should be suspect, the smell coming out those places is not appetizing. And Burger King has a larger hamburger you can get for a dollar. And the have toys linked to the latest movie release for kids. But the publicity wouldn't be as great. Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson wouldn't be able to make race card claims-- even if that had nothing to do with how the corporations operate.



The main purpose of lawsuits is to stifle commerce and innovation, and raise prices across the board. Everyone has to spend more money to buy what they want. And every time someone or a company is sued, we get to pay for it all.
They do and will go after the rest. But with McD's being the biggest, they go for them first. If they win or cause McD's to cave, then all the 'little guys' will get in line with the leftist agenda.

But it boils down to leftist, progressive nanny state mentality reinforcing the lifestyle of personal irresponsibility that so many of that kind of person / voter want - cradle to grave 'gumint does everything for me'. If Wendy's or Burger King started advertising toys, they will probably fall under the same ban in Santa Clara County. My advice to you is to avoid Santa Clara County, which is fairly easy to do, when your kids are hungry and need a toy with their meal.

Can you provide a link that proves no conservatives sue corporations?

Can you provide a link that proves the lady that sued mcdonalds was a liberal?
That is the way they approach the erosion of our liberties and rights ........... one at a time and small steps.



It has worked so well for them in the past that they apply the same approach to McDonalds and the rest. McDonalds is just the first small step.
Some cereal companies have stopped putting toys in the boxes to help cut costs.

So if Micky D's can't afford to give their employees better insurance, maybe cutting out the toy would help.
We Liberals should have known they would have their hands full when they attacked fast food establishments.

Why hasn't somebody counter-sued the people doing all the suing for destroying our quality of life by removing our choices.
The law in SF doesn't single out McDonalds. Any restaurant that wants to offer toys needs to meet nutritional requirements.
