She is either a fairy or an elf. Short green wings, has long purple hair, is wearing a purple wrap skirt, green and purple stripped tights, and purple shoes. There is also a purple cord attached to her with a clip on the end to 'hook' her on something? I know she was manufactured for McDonalds in 2005 and it says China TKH China. If anyone knows what movie or story she belongs to I would appreciate you telling me. I am having no success in trying to find her.A TOY MADE FOR MCDONALDS IN 2005?
