Best way to get HM toys is making friends with the kids behind the counter.
Much better than working there (unless you want to be a chef).

Huh, never thought about it. I'd ask the manager.
No they don't give it away. Alot of times it falls off and they just never put it back up. If you ask nicely you may have a chance of getting it.
I'm guessing either they didn't get one for display or some 1 stole it. I think some 1 stole it. You can still get one though.
