yes call your trash collection company IMMEDIATLY. the truck may have made it to the sorting center where they can put an intercept order out. it might have not even gotten off the truck. but if its one of the compacting type trucks ur screwed
Yes it is lost forever in landfill. If you want to give items away for free instead of it going to landfill check out an organisation called freecycle.org.
Chances are they are in a landfill if they were not visible. If visible they could be in another home somewhere. You could try calling the garbage truck company.
