Would I be violating Copyright Laws?
My friend and I made a short film with McDonald's toys and other similar dolls/toys as the main characters.
If we put it on YouTube, would that be illegal?
The story, soundtrack and voices are completely original.
I'm not at all familiar with Copyright laws, and I do not want to be getting into any trouble.If I put a video with McDonald's toys on YouTube...?
You should be fine as long as you say that the toys are not yours and that you don't own them etc. . .If I put a video with McDonald's toys on YouTube...?
People tape music videos and put them on, you'll be fine.
